Can a psychotic person go to hell?

The simple answer is : NO. Here’s why:

A psychotic person is not in control of their reason and therefore cannot make morally bad choices. The reason for this is that for an action to be sinful there’s need for a “free choice”, a “conscious choice” that goes against the will of God. A psychotic person isn’t making any free choices because their judgments are impaired. Therefore, if one has been sick in this way from birth, it’s not unreasonable to conclude that they may not have even one sin attributed to them by God since they’re not in the right frame of mind. This is why i do not believe that aborted babies, who have received the objective salvation of God can be eternally separated from the vision of His glory. There is no actual sin, there is therefore no eternal punishment.

Well I am schizophrenic and I am capable of making good or bad decisions. I’ve come to the conclusion that psychotic people will go to Hell regardless and so we should take care of them while they’re on Earth.

What passage talks about psychosis in the Bible? The only psychotic person I know is King Saul and they say he went to Hell.
